“사랑하는 연인이 이별을 고하는 순간, 그의 얼굴과 가로등, 보름달—세 개의 달이 눈앞에 겹쳐졌다. 영원할 것 같았던 사랑이 깨지면서 그와의 모든 약속에 공백이 생기고 그 공백은 가능성으로 이어졌다.” 

 

본 작업은 작가가 구성한 소설의 플랏을 출발점으로 달이 하나인 것과 같은 견고한 진리에 질문하며 그 틈에서 무한히 확장되는 변화를 조형적으로 탐구한다. 이 과정은 가설적인 개인의 서사와 감정적 사건이 제도적 내러티브를 재구성할 수 있는 잠재성을 제안한다. 이를 통해 관계와 세계를 재편할 수 있는 비공식적이고 유동적인 구조를 상상하게 한다.

"At the moment of parting with a beloved partner, his face, a streetlight, and the full moon overlapped before my eyes—three moons converging into one vision. When the love that once seemed eternal fractured, every promise we had made was left with a void, and that void turned into a possibility."

 

This work begins from a self-constructed fictional plot, questioning the singular truth of there being only one moon and exploring, through form, the infinitely expanding transformations that emerge within that rupture. This process suggests the potential for a hypothetical personal narrative and emotional event to reconstruct institutional narratives. Through this, it envisions an informal and fluid structure that can reconfigure relationships and the world itself.
